    Effective, focused selling.  There's more to marketing a home than meets the eye.  It requires aggressive research of area real estate markets, preparing the home, choosing knowledgeable agents, and keen negotiating skills.  Details can get lost in the shuffle of prepping for a move.  With their eyes focused on where they are going, transferees may lack the time and energy needed to market their home effectively. But we won't.  This program can be used in tandem with the Buyer Value Option and the Full Home Purchase.

    Buyer Value Option (BVO)

    Limit your risk and increase employee involvement with our Buyer Value Option.  Our goal is to sell a home in the shortest possible time at the highest possible price - a goal we share with the transferee.  Our account managers work one-on-one with the transferee and the listing agent to find a buyer.  Once a buyer has been found, the employee is freed of responsibility for the sale and can move on.  Literally.  Shared responsibility on the part of the transferee means savings for you.

    Full Home Purchase

    A guaranteed offer program may be an option to consider for your transferees.  Market value for the home is established by independent relocation appraisals.  The average of the appraisals establishes the guaranteed offer amount.  Once the offer is established, it is our objective to work with the transferee and their agent to locate a buyer during the offer period.  If an outside buyer is not located, the home will be placed into inventory sales management.
